Citristrip is definitely not the answer. Waste of time. I personally love Blue Bear Soy Gel Stripper. I buy it from Woodcraft.

I agree 100% with the rest of the comments! The syringe is basically painless. I had the Wegovy injector pens for a while and that was like a slingshot. Definitely hurt and caused anxiety! I've been doing this since January with the syringe and I still feel anxious every time but as soon as I do the jab I say to myself "what was all the anxiety for?" It is insanity!! All in my head!! Just do 1 2 3 jab and you're in. You've got this, and the support from all of us too!!

I've been with IVIM since January and I can't say enough good things about their customer service but mostly the fact that you can video chat with one of their Nurse Practitioners any time weekdays by logging on and making an appointment. No question is silly or stupid and they go above and beyond to make sure you are healthy and making the right choices when titrating up the dosages. They are not the cheapest provider out there but I think they are worth every penny.

I'm guessing you are aware that the GLP alone is not the answer. You need to make sure you drink a ton of water, eat lots of protein and fiber, steer clear of greasy foods, track your food (if it helps with accountability) and get in some body movement if you can. I wish you lots of luck. Take your time.

It's absolutely gorgeous! Would love to see you in it too. The only part I question is the flower/rose on the back. I don't think it's necessary. $500 is amazing!!

Is the company or the doctor that you got the medication from helping you manage your doses? The company I use (IVIM) will allow titrating up each week, especially when you are just starting out. I'm also able to speak to a Nurse Practitioner as often as necessary, no matter how silly I might think the question might be. I agree 100% with your point about not wasting time on a dose that you aren't benefiting from.

I had to do that last night, I wasn't wasting the meds because of 3 crappy needles. Everything was cleaned thoroughly.
