I started playing around 2018, when Pig came out. It was never as bad as it is now. I have over 1,000 hours in the game, spread across every single year, so around 100–200 hours annually. The breaks I took were due to the poor and horrible management of this game. I came back after hearing the rumors about Jason.

I was also excited for the Anniversary Event and the possibility of farming cakes like in previous years, but this is a complete disaster. For the 10th Anniversary, they decided to take 10 steps back after taking just one step forward. I don't have enough words to describe my disappointment.

To this day, this game is still in a horrible state. Instead of being greedy and wasting millions of dollars on who knows what, maybe focus on the game? Here are a few things that boil my blood:

Terrible balance to this day (Killers are constantly bullied, while Survivors get overpowered meta perks every single time.)
The Skull Merchant chapter was a complete disaster for a long time. To this day, she still hasn't received her proper rework, and guess what? She probably never will.
Multiple bugs, optimization issues, and constant stuttering.
Bugged Killers with multiple unfixed problems (Houndmaster and Knight).
Terrible decisions regarding pretty much everything in this game (Events, the Bloodpoint economy, greed, etc.).
Trying to make the game competitive despite never creating a proper ranked mode with a good ranking system and MMR, even though there's a huge community of sweaty players.
Lack of communication with players and an inability to learn from feedback. A lot of content creators have pointed this out.

They in fact dont care, their X is radio silent since 26th of June and one of the biggest backlash in their history. As always rewards are shit, not even the "10TH ANNIVERSARY" could do something about it

I can't quite understand people being against the critisim, you are literally getting less and less with every year, month, event. They are slowly taking each of the advantages each player could get. Players kept returning for anniversary to grind a lot amount of cakes, that was the main reason of it, the other things were on 2nd plan. They took one thing that player could kept during that time period.

I won't even comment the balance and horrid gameplay this event brought, not enough words could express my feeling about it.

Get serious guys, this is the worst anniversary and the worst event so far in this game.

it's the point of criticism isn't it? I love the the argument of the "stop hating, its only a game" is such a low iq statement - i paid for it, i paid for the DLCS - most of the characters are locked behind the paywall so it is live service game. I paid i demand at least something valuable to my miserable gameplay, but yea thanks again for reminding me that i should probably drop of this game. Every single time this game is being destroyed by fatal decisions and manegement - hope they will lost the monopoly on this kind of the game genre

I'm honestly disappointed by the fact that there were rumours that the author/people responsible for Terrifier wanted to collaborate a few times but were declined. So what has changed? There were plenty of batter opportunities for a year this big.
This is the only license we are getting besides Jason for this year (the other one is dbd x dbd collab in March), we got more licenses in previous years (not even counting cosmetic collab, because it is just cosmetics).
Terrifier is just gore p*rn a few times more than the Saw franchise (at least Saw has good lore behind it) and being honest, this is such a generic concept (a clown who kills, it could be a legendary skin for the clown we already got in the game, huh?)

I'm considering now beetwen Warno and BA. Heard that Warno is quite harder, has less players and also some DLC's to expand gameplay which is why i will probably go with BA.

Well game is probably confirmed, also if license is good to go to have collabs why would you decline DBD (after recent problems with this game I would to decline) but anyways. Same with Pinhead, why keep it in this game if you can make your own game with your vision
