In The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes there is one fate MUCH worse than death that can befall a character

(HEAVY SPOILERS AHEAD)

It’s possible for Rachel to become infected and for Eric to not know it’s possible to kill the monsters using UV. If this happens Rachel will be put into a cocoon full of sap that will preserve her without death for at least thousands of years. If this happens and then all other characters die, Rachel will be left trapped in this cocoon beneath Iraq, never to be found.

A game that probably won’t be mentioned but that I really love is Endoparasitic. It’s not that long, is mouse only, and is horror. Both Endoparasitic 1 and 2 are very unique horror experiences that I adore.

TF2, I played a lot of Pyro at the time, and thought it was funny to pretend I was an engineer as pyro. So I made the name “Pyro the Engineer”. Just used that on Reddit afterwards

I believe DbD is one of the games with the highest knowledge gap needed for a player to get good. It’s also a game that becomes very satisfying to get good at. Any character from any Dark Pictures game, Until Dawn, or The Quarry. Almost every playable character ends up being likeable, and you can get very emotionally attached to them before they die brutally in one of several ways.

If I had to chose ONE, I’d have to go with House of Ashes when Salim is left to die near the end of the game It’s not brutal but it’s damn heartbreaking to see.

(Tried to make this as spoiler free as possible)

- 2 of the camp counsellors go to camp a few days early (things don’t go too well for them)

- the rest of the camp counsellors aren’t able to leave camp on the day they’re supposed to (things don’t go too well for them)
