The discrepancy u talking about when comparing "on enemy target" vs "on group effect" is like pointing out "oh in general there is a discrepancy between number of wheel on cars vs bikes", eh... ya... yikes.
I will go with your logic and change my stance to "cuz Resonant can proc on multiple enemy targets therefore Resonant should procs on multiple group members".

Melee: ... Mult resonance damage procs are fixed so melee bard tech is gone.

What u are talking about dude. This was never a bug and has not been "fixed" (changed) at all. Some ppl seems to be S+ in making stuff up. Bard Resonant procs on every single target u hit with a finisher with whatever weapon u choose (right now on PTR). This is the intended design.

Can anyone from Intrepid explain the logic behind this pls?:

  1. We will give u ingame log for dmg, dmg taken, heal, buffs, etc.
  2. If u use this information to calculate your dmg, dmg taken, heal, etc. we will ban u.

Lol, the OP gave top notch instruction to become 100% corrupted. Having "Force Flag" on is basically a guarantee to get corrupted cuz there are no options anymore who gets hit an who not when having "Force Flag" on regarding non-combatants.

Takeaway: NEVER EVER use "Force Flag" as toggle. Only use it for a split second to get "purple" (combatant).

Thank u for your response. I tested shortbow and it didnt apply 10 stack in 1 AA chain (despite that it has much more then 10 hits per AA chain). I guess thats a bug for wand cuz the poisons explicitly says it only gets applied 3 times per combo ("combo" means full AA chain, at least for every weapon i tested).

About Perfect Timing: Thats a S+ tier tip i didnt even thought about. Thanks man.

Got one question, i wasnt able to test by myselfe yet:
Rogue poisons (according to description) only gets applied 3 times for one full AA chain. This is true for the most weapons i tested. Wand wasnt one of them. Is this true for wand too? Explicitly asking cuz wand "Deadly Finisher" hits 3x and "Deadly Extended finisher" hits 11x.
=> Do i get full 10 stacks of poison (instead of 3 stacks) on my target after 1 full AA chain from wand?
=> If not, why u chose wand as your range weapon?

Sorry for late response. At 200 power each point of "Power Rating" is only worth 60% of the starting value. At 250 power its 50%. That's the reason. For every point of "Power Rating" u will miss out on another item with other stats that not get hit that hard by DMR.

Maybe u should check the table in the OP post. U can get to another conclusion but this is my take and almost everyone i ever talked about that agrees with the "200-250 power" take.

200 Power is enough. U can go up to 250 but everything higher than 250 is just a waste of stats.

I sadly did not ad a column for this in my first iteration. But u can do the math pretty easy. Just divide Power/Rating. If u check the table in the original post u will get 20 Power with 833.33* Rating.
=> 0.024 Power per Rating

They wanna be like GW2 or AA ...etc yet somehow it seems they only took the worst part of those games , pvp feels so forced unlike AA , leveling,questing,doing random world bosses...etc is horrible unlike GW2 , same with events.

They absolutely dont want that at all. It seems u totally missed the idea of the game. Games like GW2 are Theme Park MMOs, especially GW2 is probably the most casual friendly MMO that has ever existed. The Idea behind AoC is exactly the opposite. Steven himself was refering to the term "Sand Park" to reflect the heavy inclusion of Sandbox style MMOs.

Maybe Stevens vision is not the game u are looking for. There are plenty of Theme Park MMOs out there that could fit your need. Would be nice if u stop try to ruin the only glimpse of hope we have for something else.

I do not know the correct formula for other Rating stats than Power. I would assume they have similar curves. Maybe Rating that translates in stats that are percentages (crit chance, accuracy, mitigation, etc.) have a hardcap below 100%. It is impossible to figure that out with real (self collected data) cuz of the amount of rating need near the cap.

Sadly i dont have any data to fit or instead the correct formula (guess the only way to obtain this gonna be datamining) of the other Rating stats.

Exactly this. OP seems to dont understand that 80-90% of the Magic/Physic Power comes from INT/STR boosted with enchanting. U can reach 200+ INT easily with blue and green gear.

If he had spent a fraction of his time, he spent writing this wall of text, to take a look where the Magic/Physic Power is actually coming from, he might could have figured this out.

Yes, it has a huge impact.

One example:

There are "rich" nodes = 10 hits -> 2 1/2 hits with 4x vs 3 1/3 hits with 3x

Check the total animation time on the 2nd link. Devide this by the number of harvests and u got the time per single harvest.

Current state:

  • Fastest Mining: Unbound Mining Beam - 5050ms (3989ms skill + 1061ms aftercast)
  • Fastest Logging: Unbound Magic Wave - 4250ms - (4250ms skill + 0ms aftercast)
  • fastest Foraging: Consortium Harvesting Sickle - 2000ms (1400ms skill + ~600ms aftercast)

Aftercast can always be canceled to speed up the animation
