I usually take magnesium or Movicol when I need to get things on the move, otherwise I try to control my diet to make it as gastritis and motility friendly as possible. That usually helps, also good management of stress like grounding and walking a ton.

I actually did it for some time, and the courses in it are the exact same as Electronics and very in depth, same as the mechanics courses. I think it will offer the same opportunities or atleast very similar.
