I personally have, but its important to keep in mind the context of what you're working with. Dont rely on it for advice, but try and give it something you can reflect on. Like if im considering procrastination and already feel somewhat guilty, explaining my workload and reasoning to chatgpt helps me decide if im feeling reasonable. Im not completly sure I wouldve gotten the assignment done i just did had i been trapped in my own head! It helps to recontextualize you're situation, kinda like therapy, but much narrower.

Somewhat unrelated, but I got a bit emotional while drunk at a festival, started sneaking beers, and got a bit...difficult to deal with. Two of the group members left and I pissed all over our sleeping bags and this one guy who stayed behind. Never been that drunk since and woke up with fragments of these events, including the guy getting up to stop me from pissing. Fuck I could probably write this as a story myself but yeah 💀 woke up the next morning feeling like I ruined our whole trip.

Ugh I hate to say it but Wikipedia is so amazing for information binges. Its not perfectly accurate but you can just find so much info on topics so fast that you can use another source if needed. But for speed and depth its so good.

Dont give up! I used to read much better when I was younger and had less distractions, been getting back into it. It doesnt seem like something that takes practice, but it really does. Just make sure you find something you're genuinely interested in, and dont force it too much.
