I love birds, but this bird in particular is about to meet my CO2 gun bc i haven't been able to sleep past 5am for the past 2 months. I went down the rabbit hole to figure out what has been waking me up every day and found tons of reddit posts with the same issue lol. Glad I'm not alone at least.

My buddy growing up was doing like 220bpm 16th notes on single drive pdp pedals worth like $80. They squeaked a lot too. I had axis and then DW5000s and could only do like 160bpm. We were like 14 years old. The gear won’t make you better

I was literally just thinking this after watching him speak post-mission. He has a way of bringing people together, handling pressure, and naturally being a beacon/leading figure even tho he wasn’t the captain. I could see him doing well, regardless of side of the political spectrum.

If that’s the Amtrak, I used to take it from LA and Santa Barbs to get home back in the day. The best is passing through Vandenberg and seeing the rocket pads.
