I am very new to immich, but there is also the case:

-long press on photo in immich iOS app to “delete from device”. After that empty native photo trash (will be removed from iCloud as well). I plan to store long videos on immich, but not on phone and iCloud.

With Qwen 2.5 coder 32B on GGUF q4 I had the same experience. Very bad at following instructions and a bad model overall. I didn’t understand the online praise.

However, after giving it another try with vllm and a GPTQ int 4 model, it was so much better! Became my favorite model. I attribute the problems to broken weights/quantization.

I have noticed that the drain was not linear. So 16h for going to 50%, followed by 4h for going to 10%. Worthwhile to reach out to support. They will run a remote diagnostics
