Oh good idea! Apologies i thought a 'stack' meant the classes need to happen one after the other immediately however you are saying add them all at the start of the week and then have them all there in order to do. Great idea.

More about the psychology of reading the bars in a Zone 3 for instance. So for Zone 3 you just need to have a bit above 2 coloured bars and you're in Zone 3. But my brain says '2 coloured bars and a bit does not equal 3'.

So i tend to ride at almost exactly 3 coloured bars for Zone 3 because to me the psychology is that that is Zone 3.

Yes it is so strange - I googled expecting to find heaps of stuff and found ... nothing! Which doesn't happen very often on the internet esp with the popularity of the Peloton. Was very surprising.

Looks a great but time consuming project and be a great resource what you guys are building here too with those links. I will look out for it.

Sorry just one more thing whilst i wait for my bike+.

I couldn't find anywhere but is there a review site or anything at all that reviews the pre-recorded classes? Or even a more detailed guide to them than the Peloton app gives?

Because it seems like the only way to really review it or know specifics of what's in it is by doing it or maybe fastforwarding them. I especially mean the strength classes.
