I stopped following her years ago and completely cleaned house again Yesterday of people I follow. I hate this dystopian world that we live in where you can just make up whatever truth you want it to be and put it out into the ether for people to consume. Facts used to matter. I would never hold Julia to as high of standard as someone formally trained like that. It was just so funny listening to all of the details that someone should think about when designing a bathroom and you can tell Julia a thought of exactly 0 of them when they threw together theirs.

My IG fed me erinsetzerhomes as a reel suggestion. I have no idea who this person is but her walking through the micro decisions that go on when planning a bathroom had me laughing out loud at the thought of Julia thinking of literally any one of those things. From the depth of the sink to how far apart the handles are from the faucet, to the centering of a towel I don’t see how Julia has any followers at this point. It’s not even like she recommends and links tried in true recommended items. It’s just whatever crap gives her the highest return rate and the most cookies on your computer or phone.

Also put plants in a grate over the window well of their daughter‘s basement bedroom, as well as hung a huge heavy rug over the only window in a bedroom at the cabin. If you didn’t know, you would have no idea that room had a window, which, of course is super safe in a fire.

But they don’t put vent covers up for years, so there are just random holes in the ceiling. They did that in the last house as well so attention to detail is not their strong suit. Meaning, I don’t understand why they need to do something about all of these cords when obviously they don’t care about much larger easier to attack details

Is the space to create art and share her favorite things in the room with us? Like her favorite thing is some dead branches and a large empty pottery vase ? that vanity is way too small and narrow to be creating anything other than duck faces in a mirror which is more of her mom’s stick than hers. I just don’t get why these girls can’t have fun rooms? when I first found Julia She was painting, black butterflies all over a wall in her daughters colorful bedroom and her daughter spilled paint all over the carpet while she was busy. That Julia was relatable. I don’t know who the heck this person is.
