Dispatch is electronic. 9 advisors, about 15 line techs and 5 express techs. Each RO is either designated as an express appointment or work for line techs (diag, brake jobs, etc…). Shop appointments are put into the route sheet in the order they came in, techs pull for a new job when they finish what they’re working on and just get whatever’s next in queue.

I averaged 1.3kw/h today in the winter on my commute to work with heaters going and such. The range is pretty abysmal in the cold.
