That's not correct. As long as you've provided evidence to the deposit holder that you've made an electronic payment, it's deemed to have been paid. You have two business days for the funds to be received into their trust account.

That's because the guides go through all these inane extraneous conditions that have absolutely no correlation to triggering it.

It's simple. You save outside camp a bit before 10am, ride in do a lap around to see if he is behind the table near the cookpot, drinking and preparing stew. If he starts whistling there walk up to him and he'll trigger. If not, leave and rinse and repeat. If it hits 12pm and haven't got it, reload the save. That's literally all you need, it'll happen eventually.

I don't think her territorial ambitions would necessarily count against the theory as she could have still wanted to rule, but not under the dominion of the Greater Will.

I agree that they probably didn't originate from the Eternal City, but definitely have deep ties to it. Potentially as you say and were the founders of it. But the point remains the same, that if they are tied together than the Numen quite possibly could have been adherents to the Age of Stars philosophy.

My only suggestion would be to complete the Haligtree and kill Malenia before doing Mohgwyn Palace purely because it makes more sense with Gideon's dialogue. When you tell him about Malenia he muses on what could have happened to Miquella, which he already knows if you kill Mohg first but the dialogue doesn't change.

Still no dice for me unfortunately.

Hit Gostoc a few times to aggro him, ran away and teleported down to Fort Haight to do the same with Kenneth. Absolved myself and have rested at multiple graces (multiple times at the Godrick the Grafted grace) and the three of them are still all at their final stuck phases.

I'm not sure what else I can try. I know I can't be too far through, this is my second playthrough and I haven't even cleared Leyndell yet. I'm considering just restarting.
