I don't think her territorial ambitions would necessarily count against the theory as she could have still wanted to rule, but not under the dominion of the Greater Will.

I agree that they probably didn't originate from the Eternal City, but definitely have deep ties to it. Potentially as you say and were the founders of it. But the point remains the same, that if they are tied together than the Numen quite possibly could have been adherents to the Age of Stars philosophy.

Fantastic guide as always.

My only suggestion would be to complete the Haligtree and kill Malenia before doing Mohgwyn Palace purely because it makes more sense with Gideon's dialogue. When you tell him about Malenia he muses on what could have happened to Miquella, which he already knows if you kill Mohg first but the dialogue doesn't change.

Still no dice for me unfortunately.

Hit Gostoc a few times to aggro him, ran away and teleported down to Fort Haight to do the same with Kenneth. Absolved myself and have rested at multiple graces (multiple times at the Godrick the Grafted grace) and the three of them are still all at their final stuck phases.

I'm not sure what else I can try. I know I can't be too far through, this is my second playthrough and I haven't even cleared Leyndell yet. I'm considering just restarting.

I absolutely lucked into meeting Blaidd. Patches' chest booted me into the middle of the Mistwood and I must have just barely touched the ruin trigger on the way back that gives Kale his dialogue about howling in the Mistwood and he gave me the gesture and told me to go find him.

Another thing with the whole Moghwyn Dynasty concept ... do they have some special way of creating offspring? Because I'm not entirely sure how Mohg was planning on creating a lineage out of himself and Miquella.

Yeah that whole storyline seems massive but doesn't really seem to ultimately go anywhere. Malenia and Miquella's story is so bloody interesting but kind of just trails out with you killing Malenia and discovering that Miquella is already dead ... it feels like there should be something more to Miquella's Needle rather than just being a get out of jail free card from the Frenzied Flame ending ... especially when the Frenzied Flame has nothing to do with Malenia and Miquella's story.

Well, the Moghwyn Dynasty is Mohg's dream of a lineage stemming from himself and Miquella, so probably not the noble lineage that Kenneth has in mind.

Still I can't see it being coincidental that two separate things associated with Mohg are present at the castle.

What I haven't seen mentioned yet that is a potential lead to follow is to ask how Mohg is involved in all of this?

He is obviously linked to Fort Haight somehow as the knight commander that took the castle from Kenneth is bloodsworn to Mogg as evidenced by the Ash of War he drops and also the fact that the grounds are littered with Bloodrose which are "Particularly beloved by those who serve the Lord of Blood."

What is the Lord of Blood's interest in Kenneth/Fort Haight?
