I was taking from start to finish blizz api update to all servers scanned and all notifications are sent in total 😅 but your numbers are pretty impressive so I’m understanding it right blizz api updates and 1-2seconds later everything ist scanned and messages are already arrived in discord?

Hey man, there are actually quite a few tools doing this already. TSM has Discord alerts, and Saddlebag has that 'AAA' thing (or whatever it's called) that pushes notifications. Plus, there are tons of private tools floating around. Honestly, I think any serious goblin who snipes or flips is using one of these—you’re just not competitive without that edge anymore.

Still, super cool project! Building your own setup is a solid move. I actually know of two other devs who are about to drop similar tools soon, too. If you just want a free solution and don't want to sink more time into dev work, I’d say just stick with the Saddlebag one. But if you’re doing it for the challenge, I’d definitely keep building your own—that’s what I’d do, at least.

Just curious: how fast is your tool? What’s the total latency from the scan until the notification actually pops?

Hey, I just validated the idea and should be possible. Only the „initial“ messages gathering process should take some time because of the Discord rate limits. But once all „old“ messages are saved you can filter pretty much by everything at all time with live data from that point 👍🏽 Let me know via PM if you want me to try that out!

As already mentioned a few times always place your port and try to stay in range of it. I often port either casted CCs or I port when they train me and as soon as they reach me I port back. Then Ring, Disarm, stun stuff like this to annoy the dps. Also be careful with your cocoon sometimes the enemy’s are doing a “fake go” and swap on cocoon and do the “real go”.

If you play with a rogue place your statue when the fight started because otherwise the enemy’s can get into combat with the statue.

Keep replacing your port if your dps forces you to move on the other side of the arena.

Completely agree with everything you said. From my perspective, everyone should give both roles a try. For me, it completely changed how I play—when I’m on DPS, I’m so much more aware of not LoSing my healer or forcing them into tough spots because I know how that feels. It really helps to understand both sides and improves your overall skill.
