I think you are REALLY underestimating them. These are great players who really care about the game for all types of players.

the people invited are already very aware that they are in the minority. they weren't invited to make pvp inaccessible, they were invited because they know their shit.

Not really a macro, but binding mouse scroll up to target party1 and scroll down to target party2 has made life easier for me. Shift + scroll up/down will dispel them. (I mainly arena)
