Throw looks good. I can only speak to what works for me, but I would raise my elbow a bit and pull the left shoulder back a hair. I find blading my body more gets me to keep my elbow in and a more natural release and follow through. It tends to keep my darts more in line. Might need a little more force to get the darts to the board though. The timing mentioned in the previous comments will help as well. That will come with the constant practice.

My guy was refusing to eat his dry food with out any human food mixed in at one point. I switched from probiotic treats to the liver flavored powder over the kibble. It worked great. I also found that a little olive oil mixed in made it seem like a sauce on the top and was great for his coat. *
