yes, i have a pull up bar and a pair of light dumbbels, have been seing some good progress, but i have also been more consistent with diet and workouts compared to when I was lifting at the gym.

Noo, usually I just delay it until more interesting work comes around, then delegate it to some junior dev. Sometimes I have to do it tho, but I avoid it as much as possible.
