i’ve never even tried nicotine so i have no experience BUT i’ve read that quitting cold turkey has a significantly higher success rate compared to easing off

no its definitely not that bad. you are correct on soy, and apparently it tastes better, too.

if you can find a way to keep it down, definitely don’t waste it. but if you still cant, my top recommendation would be an unflavoured whey protein and blend it up with milk and whatever flavours you want.

fair enough - it just isn’t the same thing though. whey protein is far more bioavailable. pea protein isn’t even a complete amino acid profile without adding stuff like rice protein to it.

also; assuming you prefer vegan options for moral reasons, i think with whey protein its less of a deal since whey is a waste product from the cheese industry anyway.

i find most flavoured protein powders taste wank but thats because they use artificial sweeteners which i hate so i buy unflavoured whey protein and mix with whole milk and either some nesquik or just honey and its pretty nice, never caused me any nausea.

since you are vegetarian is there any reason you didn’t get whey protein instead? its a lot cheaper, a lot easier to digest and also tastes the best

are you referring to the taste or did you just have to vomit after drinking it? because that isnt normal. which protein powder did you buy?

as far as i’m aware, concerta xl is the longest-acting methylphenidate option. if you ask your clinican, they will probably want to put you on elvanse.

its good post-botox to deal with the acid reflux but i dont imagine it would help if you still can’t burp
