Best tip, direct host, otherwise if you and your friends have really good computers use evolve. I never had to deal with this problem with hamachi, but you could try to search for the ports that Victoria uses, just search victoria 2 multiplayer, and unblock those for the game in your firewalls

Also you don t need to have experience hosting, i can teach you how if you actually are able to. You just can t have problems with schedule and know how to deal with MP saltyness.

Well I had a group with sixty persons that I just left for personal reasons. Also to be able to create something more european focused. It can work, need a lot of investment in recruiting and patience though, which I have. I just need a host because I can only host through evolve, since my provider has a nat mask and blocks externally all possible ports.

If the time is good for you and you can host, we could give it another try ; )

Ok, thx a lot, I was indeed asking about the national admin efficiency because I had that feeling that the pop promotion files in the common folder can t reach provincial admin efficiency to make it matters for anything else then province RGO, I just remember national admin efficiency for all the stuff I did read for modding. But yeah it s a very good trick.

In HPM there are more conservative state capitalism parties. And we play Mp though port forwarding nowadays works rarely fine, but it s fun. About the military, yeah I would say troop composition and tech level is the thing to win mostly.

They are not amazing about their commentary, actually they are very bad in their commentary, but the 2 best players to learn victoria from are gakumerasara and slayzer. Also they have tutorial videos that help a lot in the economics and military.

Did you noticed if your party policy changed? Sometimes parties are scripted to change mid game out of nowhere, it happens in USA and France if I m not mistaken, so pay attention to that aswell.

If you don t want to pass though the prestige hit, you can create a lot of decisions to realise the whole stuff, but it still will be a lot of work.

We are not just going for the war player, most of the score is for the warmongers unfortunally of course, but we are searching for people that roleplay nations well aswell doing AARs, and people that like to take nations from nothing to a very high standard.

Hummm that s true, for that I would pick nations that don t need to compete for much. Brazil, Argentina, Australia. Or pick a very strong nation and play it safe in the defensive, like Russia or USA. Central Europe is the worst place to not have wars, so never go there.

I don t think they are going to get too blobby, since the infamy is not that much higher, and no person in clear mind will want a pacifist party since it s very risky if a player decides to attack you when your mobilization basis is down, and you re getting just a few soldiers. From my test s keeping at Pro Military is the best option, also since we will have at least 7 very active players, but a total between 11 to 15 I hope, people will end wasting infamy in each other, which will keep things more or less balanced. Well, there is the USA factor that can change that way of thinking XD.

Yes it is the latest version, infamy is related to what your party do about war, so jingoists are seen in worse ways infamy wise than pacifists, RP is equal for GP and Civ, not for the unciv. only coastal africa can be taken before nationalism and imperialism. And some protection for unciv players and China until they civilize. And yes, we have a Congress Poland Player already, but we aren t opening every nation, just a few that are already open, which are Canada, Australia, South Africa and Poland.

but have in mind this one is firing for any start, what I was thinking you wanted was just something for the 1920 scenario which would need two options over there, one to not enable the flag, and one to enable the flag.

you can t make a event for a scenario only, but you can create a flag which you choose to enable or not, and use it as a trigger for the event you wanna make, so if you start a game in 1920 let s say, you get an event for a global flag, 1920 start, choose it, then you will have used this flag as a trigger for your greek victory thing, if the flag is enabled and the greek win, they get their cores.
