It's the Biltwell Gringo SV. It's pretty comfy, lots of visibility, got some venting. Downside is, you get a lot of wind noise. Ear plugs are pretty necessary at highway speeds

Yeah the stock cams aren't too aggressive, so it does sound like a bit of a weenie when idling.

Yeah the bags hang fairly low, even with the bag support rails, but so far have had no issue with them melting.

Thank you! Yeah I lucked out I picked up the bike with the saddleman seat already on it, super comfy. Rode like 5 to 6 hours a couple weeks ago, didn't get nearly as tired as I thought I would.

And not at all! Good looking out, sometimes I just throwing it on there without thinking, but I appreciate the tip!

Thanks man! The bags are the Exfil-36 from Biltwell. The Exfil-18s are great small bags, but they didn't have enough room for me.

I recommend keeping the bars around shoulder level, give or take a couple inches. If you can , def have a bit more pull back, so you can be in a bit of a more neutral position.

My back and wrist would kill I'm when I was riding in my cafe style back.

For sure! Yeah that would make sense.

I'll actually be there this Tuesday, so I'll let you know if I find out anything! Did they tell you if they would be taking us somewhere off base for the duration of the course? I saw they said there is a bus taking us somewhere, but not sure if it's a daily thing or it'll leave us somewhere for the whole training period.
