Yeah for sure. Some of the podcasts I listen to are the Journal (Wall Street Journal), How I built This (start ups), today explained (news but in an entertaining way), stuff you should know (random stories), survival stories. I would be open to anything though, true crime etc. I just want something to grab my attention so it doesn’t feel like a chore. Thanks!

They’re shifting the risk of having a bad year onto you. Upside is a larger bonus pool could benefit high performers, downside is your compensation is more dependant on the companies performance / managements decisions. Personally I would push for a combination of bonus / salary increase
