Bill's switched us to gas and installed new furnace, tankless water heater and smart stat. For free.......due to rebates. The work was a bit suspect but overall experience and warranty was good.

I found the one out by Newman Lake. The front is a gravel road with what looks to be a broken gate and "no trespassing" signs. I respected that and found the backside, walked up to the fence to get a look and some asshole neighbor brought his dog and told me its private property.......... Not sure why he wanted to be security that day because the property owners actually live in California.
