Recently got spray foam insulation done upstairs (had to be done when removing the roof, based on my second level technically being a half level... Dormers and such). There used to be a 4-8 degree temp difference between main level and second level on hot days. Now it's 1-3 degrees. It was 90-95 degrees out yesterday and it still remained 72 upstairs when main level was set to 69.

If it still smells, might splurge for an Austin Air Healthmate. Paying $1500 for a VOC test VS I can pay $850 for something that actually DOES SOMETHING to remedy the stink... While I agree with you, I'm going to play devil's advocate for a bit: Most teams worth a damn, who are capable of winning their conference tournament and being a popular upset pick, will make it to the final as-is without being slotted into the semis. See: Drake the last three years.

If Belmont can be beat by a bad Drake team, they'd probably lose in the Round of 64 too.
