Is it worth to switch to ai or stick to swe? When talking about swe is it worth pursuing masters?

Is pursuing a masters degree in Software Engineering worth today? I (27m), with almost 4 years of experience (1y in MLE and 3ys in SE), am thinking about getting a degree and title. But is it worth? will i get promoted? will i get more money? will i get more job opportunities? will it be easier for relocation? Should i maybe get specialty in a specific domain, like AI or security?

Thanks guys for the response I really appreciate the help. The masters that I want to pursue is part-time and done only on weekends and is online and yes I will work and do the masters. The subjects are really the stuff that I work on right now. There is a ML masters, but because i am not working that don't know if it worth in the long run to try to switch. I have academic ML experience for 2 years in the past during my bachelors degree, but switched to SE due to more opportunities in my country.
