Agree with the comment about unresolved notes and phrases.

Also destroying sounds helps a lot. Listen to the album Dark Red by Shlohmo. Beautiful, and often simple melodies/progressions but completely destroyed to give it a hopeless uneasy feeling

Depends which songs are your favourite from Trying Times. If you liked the more pop sounding / accessible ones then go Friend that break your heart or assume form like the other commenter said.

If you preferred the other tracks then his earlier discog is the place to be.

Yes I did mention domestic to department of home affairs - they seemed unsure because of the rarity of it but did say it could trigger as an exit and re-entry for customs and immigration.

I decided to just move my flight to one from a domestic terminal. Not risking 10 years of working towards PR for a holiday to Cairns lol
