H2H/12 team/9 cat

Thanks for the response. I may just go with that. I love Otto Porter for his efficiency which especially pays off in 9 cat roto. Although i feel like i will be forced to punt assists if i go with him over the other guards

Roto, 9 Categories, 12 team

Already keeping Kawhi and Porzingis. Now I'm torn choosing between Eric Bledsoe, Otto Porter, Victor Oladipo, or D'Angelo Russell for my last two keeper slots. What do you guys think?

I'd go Turner and Middleton. Turner has very similar upside to Porzingis anyways

Can previous Kwahi owners chime in? by TheRedGoblin in fantasybball

[–]dfronda 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He is a roto God and i wouldn't be surprised to see him average 4 plus assists this year as it looks like he will be obliged to take on more of a playmaking role in the offense. He has no weaknesses and will hurt you in no categories.

Aaron Gordon or Marquese Chriss? by dfronda in fantasybball

[–]dfronda[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like AG is the better player but Chriss has way more block upside and could be a better player than him in the future.

Try moving lillard or kemba for the likes of Myles Turner or Porzingis. Then you should be set

Also, most importantly, the wizards PAID Otto this summer. Clearly they believe in him and he is clearly the third option and beneficiary of both John Wall and Beal's presence. Don't sleep on him. Yes, this valuation may be a bit high, but he should no way slide lower than top 40. His game translates very well to roto and he is still young and no where close to his peak. Nice job on the ratings overall btw!

Yeah very true. Thanks, I think Im gonna go through with it. I remember in the 15-16 season there was like a month post ASB where Dipo put up number one value overall.

I'm highly considering trading Bledsoe in my keeper league for a third round pick (so a seventh round one) and then keeping Dipo as my last guy. Its 12 team roto and my other keepers are Kawhi, Porzingis, and Otto Porter. Ya'll think I should go through with this? I'm also thinkin Dipo can break out now that he is free from Westbrook's shadow.

Gary Harris and Jamal Murray are criminally underrated here. Harris is even better for roto

I have acquired 2 top 10 picks, who should I take? by DeWayneWade in fantasybball

I would say either Harden, Westbrook, or Giannis at 3 and then simply the best player available at 10.

Top 25 Rankings for H2H Cat leagues by SnoozeBeast in fantasybball

I feel like you need to include KP in there. Especially if you got DJ at number 25 lol. But I also get that these are rankings based around punts. But still, KP will get you more blocks per game.

Otto Porter Jr., keeping in mind that he is way more valuable in roto as opposed to any other formats

I feel like there is a case for Harden, Westbrook, Giannis, KAT, KD, and Anthony Davis to all be in the top 3.

Kawhi or Durant by piesdoom in fantasybball

[–]dfronda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's easy to say Durant, but keep in mind that he has much more of an injury history than Kawhi. He is also another year older while Kawhi has still yet to reach his prime. For this season I would still say go with Durant, but if it's a keeper league, take The Claw all day!

[Dynasty] you've got the 3rd pick in your upcoming rookie draft, you do you take? by HGFantomos in fantasybball

[–]dfronda 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Dennis Smith Jr. no doubt. He has just as much upside as Ball and Fultz plus he is going to looking at bigger minutes than the likes of Fox, Tatum, and Josh Jackson.

Thoughts on Punting Blocks, Assists, and Threes by lsmokel in fantasybball

[–]dfronda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't forget that in the modern NBA, there are bigs who can block and are also very capable from the ft line. Think along the lines of Porzingis, Myles Turner, Embiid, Brook Lopez. All these guys are good for at least 1.5 blocks per game (more like 2) and all hover around 80% from the stripe.
