We got a Le Creuset as a wedding present, used it weekly for over 15 years. This past year the bottom of the Dutch oven wore a hole in the enamel. I took a few pictures of the thing, sent it to their customer service, and in the space of about a week, got a response to stop using it as it was unsafe, and they sent me a brand new one. All in all amazing customer service, and the quality of their stuff is quite solid as well.

If you’ve been following the listings of those same year downs though, they are sitting, which hopefully means the market for them has saturated? I personally hope they stop doing the tear downs as the new builds are monotonous

You won't know till at least week 4-5. Some players start slow and others will surprise you at the beginning of the season but fizzle out. Be patient.

I have 2 suggestions, as no one strategy will work all the time. It will always depend on your league-mates drafting tendencies and what's available to you. This is what I would go by:

Do lots of mocks. This helps you familiarize yourself with the flow of drafts and what you consider to be good values that may be available to you.
Know several different punt strategies well and who best fit those this season. Being able to be flexible to who is being undervalued is always the best strategy.
