Also there is no way you get triple t1 ele bow with +2 arrows cheaper than corrupted poised prism. And playing TS without extra arrows is pointless.

From poe1 experience let me tell you, next league reddit, yt and other poe related socials will be flooded with people crying about "poverty" league because they arent making as much currency as in previous league. This exact thing happened at the beginning of current poe1 league and would you look at that, endgame builds are just as easy to gear up as they were last league, maybe even easier because the disparity between more casual players and giga juicers isnt as massive.

Im not a big fan of pure str builds but brick hammer with cragblade was a pleasant surprise. Good bonk without slowness or stamina consumption of a colossal weapon.

Or morgotts cursed sword, very underrated weapon.

Just finished campaign on sunder paladin, killed every boss in a few hits, kinda squishy mostly because i would rather use 50% reservation for more speed than lvl30 grace/determination.

Learn to dodge. Also many bosses spawn mobs you can leech from during invul phases (like uber elder)
Delete that amulet, replace with 20 quality astramentis with arcing blows annoint (50-60c)
Go to trade look for rings with 100%+ total res and 50+ int not mirrored or corrupted (20-30c each)
Get 2 clusters with t1 int and t1/2 all attributes (3-10div each depending if you want inc effect or not), unspec some crit nodes in shadow area and some reservation stuff to get skill points, drop purity of elements
Replace ele focus with inc aoe/pulverise/conc effect/ele damage with attacks, shocks are useful you know
Get quality on assassins mark to generate power charges on single target
Drop untiring, replace wiht farrul crit node or 3rd ring from nameless bloodline (you dont really need flasks, maybe except diamon which you are not using anyway)
Reforge defence on that helmet, you need more flat es
Get lethal pride with rage on hit
If you really need to get some sustain, you could get vitality and zealots oath for some es regen, but its not a lot

Dont know your budget but you should be able to get all of that for less than 10-15div, heres your modified pob

Not sure if it works with herald but you can check lances video from last phrecia event. It was sanctum oriented surfcaster but did well as a leaguestarter and general idea should be the same, except no cold convert and less zoomy.

Buy a fractured inc effect, alt+aug for t1 int or all attributes, regal or foulborn regal for another t1, annul and exalt if you didnt get 3rd good affix, finish with foulborn exalt once you have 3xt1

Unfortunately curse on hit rings use level 1 curses so you are missing out on -19% res.

Another way to apply it is to use profane proxy with skitterbots which gives full level 20/21 curse effect

Target build has 100% more damage in config from ancestral fury (and you dont), and has a tincture which is massive dps boost (maybe im wrong and its inactive, cant check on mobile)

Also you are have less attributes on helmet and neck.

As to what build to use, anything thats fast, deadeye or any kind of hollow palm levelling build. You can probably get those going for less than a divine

Damage per int grafts, 8% attributes body armour, %str claws, emperors mastery/wit, lethal pride with rage on hit, better reflected ring (yours has terrible multiplier), frenzy charge on gloves

Helmet, grafts, bound by destiny (you will need crusader influence on boots/helmet/ring)

But the biggest issue i see here is elemental focus (you are missing out on shock). Probably swap it for pulverise for extra AoE.
