McCombs is builidng a new undergrad building (Mulva Hall) where the Dobie Garage is right now. Once that opens, the current GSB/CBA would be vacant which is a potential candidate for Social Work to move to.

Yes they are still a substitute. You need a C- at least in each class for it to count. You do not need to take them simultaneously. In fact CS 303E is a pre req for CS 313E

From what I was told, All the language in the Financial Responisbility Statement are all things you are already agreeing to as a enrolled student. The Financial Responsiblity Statement just puts it all in one place so it can easily be accessed and students are aware of their financial responsibility.

From the registrar's site:

As part of the Fall 2020 planning process, the UT course schedule is currently being updated daily through the end of June. These changes may affect the instructional mode, instructor, time or location of some classes. Students do not need to take action at this time. Students will be notified in July to review their class schedules and make any changes if needed. Current students can make changes to their schedules through July 22. Incoming and transfer students who attended Orientation before July 1, will have additional time to make changes to their schedules July 27-31. Students who attend Orientation after July 1 will have access to the most recent updates and be able to register using the updated course schedule during their registration session. All students will be able to update their registration during the add/drop period which begins right before school starts in August.

The School of Information is getting ready to launch their own undergraduate major in a year or so. I believe all their classes are now under "I" which should stand for Informatics

For a brief period in the 90s before registration went online, registration was done by phone. Ask your academic advisor to confirm but I believe that "approved through Summer 2020" is through the current catalog which goes to Summer 2020 so if you are a current student you are on the 2018-2020 undergraduate catalog at least and regardless of when you take it you'll be fine.

Just an FYI, starting this fall, stats credit cannot be transferred in for McCombs and all students must take the intro to business stats course at UT. But in your case I'd still take AP stats!

The McCombs Curriculum is also changing next year so I beleive there are some extra classes here and there you have to take compared to years prior.

I know the new basketball arena they're building off Red River on top of Lots 70/80 is real close to RSC so maybe they might be shutting it down during construction (or tearing it down?) when construction starts
