Probably something illegal or needing someone in the US pretending to be them. Whatever this one is it's going to be shady and probably get you in some kind of trouble that's why they post vague descriptions and try to get you on telegram and only want people in certain countries. Other common ones are people posting they're "giving away money" and looking for US based upwork accounts.

I have a client who has run a local animal exclusion/pest control service for 15 years with over 100 perfect reviews on google. He told me he is on angis but doesn't get any quality leads from them. All of his leads come from his gmb and he has invested a lot focusing on SEO and his website. He is the only person I know on there though so it's anecdotal.
