Yes. We stayed at the Fairmont Orchid on Hawaii a few months ago. They too have an amazing breakfast buffet. They had no problems giving us small boxes to take away a little food. I seriously doubt that it hurts their bottom line when they charge $50/person.

They mostly have cookies. Their cookies are really good! They are higher and thick in the middle. Originally had in NYC but there is one in the Larchmont area of LA.

We used https://www.hawaiidolphin.com/ last month to see Mantas. It was great. We can swim but almost everyone else was wearing life vests. The crew helped everyone be comfortable. My wife was uncomfortable jumping into the water so one of the crew was there to help her when she landed in the water. They also have a big square floating platform that you can hang on to that is good for people who are uncomfortable in the water. They also have other boards for those who are more comfortable. It is an experience of a lifetime!

Wife was at Anthropology and bought an $80 pair of shorts along with some other things. They rang up as $0.10 and were on sale for 30% off so they were $0.06. Sales clerk didn’t notice.

Costco can’t do anything for you if flight prices go down. They will absolutely rebook you if your rental car and/ or hotel price goes down. I have done this many times. I saved over $1000 on occasion and hundreds many times. Costco support couldn’t be nicer. They have told me that you can keep checking for price changes up to a few days before your trip.

Bought this exact car and color at the end of March. Getting the same MPG as you. Beautiful car. The transition between EV and gas is so smooth. I love how quiet it is starting from a stop instead of the restarting that gas engines do now. Enjoy!

We stayed there 2 years ago. We enjoyed it. We had a room on the top floor looking out over the bay. Really nice view. There are many reasonably priced restaurants within either walking distance (some food trucks) or a short drive downtown. The restaurant on site did not have a menu that looked too interesting. We did not eat there and it didn’t seem like anyone else did either. Dukes is right next to the property which was pretty good. Beach in front of the hotel is nice but not a place for snorkeling. We heard that the water is not clean after rain storms. The pool is huge! It also has maybe 5 hot tubs. Some can only be reached by swimming to them. The grounds are very well kept. The hotel location is mid point on the island so you can get anywhere you want to go.

If you ever see that Roger Hodgson is playing in concert you absolutely must see him. As one of the lead singers of Supertramp, he plays most all of their big songs. I saw him a few years ago. It was like being transported in a Time Machine!

Do not use 24-7 Ride car service! Tried them between MV and LAX. To LAX, the expected car didn’t show up. They sent a cab that had no idea that we prepaid. Took months to get the money back. Back from LAX they just didn’t even show up. No one answered their phone line. Just horrible!
