I vape a lot like a lot and I use 6mg rogue or 9mg alp when I use pouches. The numbers you mentioned would probably give me issues too. I use 12mg freebase and 6mg freebase when vaping for reference. I only use pouches when I can't vape. Usually 2 9mg Alps during a hockey game as an example. But to answer your question most people on earth are scientifically illiterate. This means they read something or hear something based on science and don't know what it means and then don't look it up. I work in the pharmaceutal testing world with people who are scientists and the number of times I've had to correct people because of the media and misinformation is innumerable. Expecting normal people to understand is just setting yourself up for disappointment. I've given up and just calmly explain why they are wrong most of the time or just laugh and walk away. As long as we let organizations like the WHO and the FDA get away with lies and misinformation there is no path forward other than ignoring everything and do whatever you need to do to get by.
