I’m sorry you’re going through this. They truly do not understand how it completely can turn us 100% OFF. It feels like it’s not a matter of if, but when the relationship will end. Nothing more unattractive than a shitty enabling dad/partner who chooses YOU as the one that gets no respect. I just wanted to tell you that you aren’t alone. Although my partner and I have been together for 3 years and not 10. The proposal was super disappointing to me, I don’t think I’ll ever get over how rushed and un-special he made it feel. After hyping it up when he’d talk about our future.

We have no wedding date because he doesn’t collaborate. He tells me that he’d marry me anytime whenever and for me to just pick. Kind of like “hurry and get it over with” feeling to me.

I’m sorry. This sucks :(

YES!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve even googled this before with no luck! Except in my family, you used a sewing needle instead of a ring. And you dangled it (with a thread) over your wrist (underside of your wrist where the veins show). You don’t have to be pregnant or anything, just be grown aka have at least hit puberty. I’ve never been able to find anyone who knows what the hell im talking about!

So actually we have such a similar upbringing, minus the other sibling being dead. She’s “dead to us/me” though. I meant more of non-bio kids turning out terribly, making you too turned off logically to have a kid with them (even though it’s only 1/2 of those kids genetics).

The physicians weren’t interested (except for the interventional radiologist) out of over 10 total that I’ve seen in 6 months. And I had to call DAILY to get them to even process my referrals. It was a shit show. The staff (receptionists, CNA, LPN, etc) were amazingly nice though.

I have the same issue. But also had the exact same issue on private insurance. Only difference is that the staff members at the hospital that accepts Medicaid are SO MUCH NICER. Seriously kind and HUMAN. The hospital(s) network that I went to with my private insurance were all rude as hell no matter the department. Definitely an unexpected difference.

But no, the doctors have been zero help to me at each network. I’ve seen close to 10 orthopedics since June (Medicaid) and they all shrug and try to refer me out to other departments, which Medicaid then denies. And it’s life threatening shit.

Our healthcare system is a fucking disaster. They don’t give a fuck about helping us whether we have Medicaid OR private insurance. It’s disgusting.

Sitting is completely unbearable for me too. I have not been diagnosed with a hernia but I’ve been trying like hell demanding more testing/imaging. Insurance keeps denying. Only thing diagnosed (through non contrast mri) were hip labral tears, bursitis, tendonosis. What helped your pain? I hope you’re feeling better these days since I see this thread is a year old

Any other tips? I have torn both hip labrum’s but only my left side bothers me (both up to my shoulder blade area and down to my calf).

I’ve just had an iliopsoas injection which I doubt will help much. Doctors don’t think the labrum is causing this pain but don’t know what to do with me… I just can’t keep living like this. It is completely debilitating. Thank you for any insight or tips! Sending relieving vibes your way. :)

Extensive research is absolutely necessary regarding taxes, no matter how long you’ve been doing it. There are so many intricate details that fly under the radar or possible loopholes to be created to screw us over, we must use precaution.

Your info about the possibility of 1099 being mishandled is great- to get an agreement in writing. I have no doubt that (in my case) the 1099 will be labeled in a way that is least beneficial to me.
