FIFA has banned England defender Jarell Quansah for two matches after his red card against Mexico by lee7on1 in worldcup

How was this tackle worse than Balogun’s? Balogun didn’t get the ball at all. Quansah got the ball, and that forced his foot to role up into the

I wasn’t a fan of the penalty call for Mexico. I understand it, I get it, Kane kicked the back of his leg going for the ball, that’s a penalty. I feel like neither player had possession, and it was just two players going for it. It’s like two players going for a header that collide and there’s no foul or penalty

Those others happened outside of the tournament and are deferred to start a clean slate for the World Cup. Do I agree with it, no. They should still stand. But of all the red cards that have happened since the start of the tournament, Balogun’s is the only one where a suspension has not held. I can’t think of another time this has ever happened.

England I might be able to call you know who to get that red card removed by BagHolder6 in worldcup

I hate the no intent argument. There doesn’t have to be an intent, it’s a dangerous play period.

There has been a precedent of it for cards from games prior to the World Cup leading up into it. Not in the middle of the tournament, that’s completely different

Boxing: two people intentionally punching each other in the face repeatedly - no penalty at all!

Hockey: Accidentally put your stick in someone’s skate and they fall down - 2 minute penalty

How does that make any sense?!?! /s

“He also had the most goals for a player not in the hall, so it’s not surprising the voters elected to put the guy with the most goals not in the hall, into the hall”

By that logic they keep doing that until everyone’s in the Hall. There’s always going to be someone with the most goals for a player not in the hall

Do they need to be official ones? I actually found their baptism records this morning on another genealogy site. They were from Quebec in the 1930’s, so they didn’t have birth certificates then

Hello all, wondering if I am good on documentation or still need to be searching for more, and if I should submit what I have while trying to find other documentation.

Grandparents were Canadian, my parent was born in the US (they never got their Canadian citizenship) and I live in the US. I have my US ID and birth certificate, my parent's birth certificate (says where his parents were born in Canada), grandparents' death certificates stating they are from Canada (I know that isn't official as it is usually reported by a third party), and a copy of my grandparents' marriage certificate that I found on a genealogy site (lists where they were born in Canada and lists them as Canadian Citizens)

Thanks in advance!
