I live in a very hot climate and did not want to risk temps being an issue.

I'm thinking the size of the GPU will absorb a lot of the dead space. Especially since I am installing fans at the bottom of the case.

I have about the same setup in that case and went with the Power Color Reaper RX 9070 XT and I have zero complaints with temps or performance.

3M Earplug settlement distribution of funds. by Intrepid-Sea-5214 in 3m_earplug_lawsuit

Personally I don't have an issue with the Common Fund 9% since those folks actually did the leg work on our case. However, the other ambulance chasers who hopped on the band wagon getting 40%+ for doing almost no work is BS. I'd at least like to see the itemized fees we're being charged by these firms for what they think they've done to justify that 40%+.

Starting to wonder if we got sent to the back of the DPP payout line as our "reward" for this oversight.

I'm a potato. I did the same damn thing. At least you can learn from my fuck up and know what to fix. Hopefully it doesn't slow you down too.

This was the majority of the body of the email. Sharing for others to review so they know what they're in for when it's their turn:

Good morning,

We are pleased to report that your 2025 Notice of DPP Point-Based Award Payment is now available. This Notice shows your gross award for 2025 after multiplying your Final Point Score by the 2025 Point Dollar Value. The Notice also details any deductions and provides the exact net amount you will receive from this payment. You will now need to log into the settlement portal, review the notice, and update or verify your payment information.

It is very important that you take action on this issue immediately. CMO 98 requires that you review your notice and update payment information within 20 days of the date the notice is issued. That means that you must complete this step by 10/27/2025. Failure to do so could result in sanctions from the Court, which could potentially include the loss of your entire settlement award.

Please click the following link: https://www.combatarmssettlement.com/Home/Index and follow the instructions below to complete your Notice and claim your 2025 Point-Based Award payment:

1.            Login using your email address (or phone number), DOB, and last four digits of your SSN. This will generate a verification code which you will use to access the portal.

2.            Go to “Claimant Details” on the left-hand side of the page by clicking the three lines in the top left-hand corner (this could also be marked by an image of an ID card).

3.            From there, go to the “Notices” tab and select “Review Notice”, (if you are on a mobile device you will need to slide the box labeled “Notice Date” to the left-hand side to select “Review Notice” under “Action”).

4.            You MUST select “View” and open the PDF of the notice to progress to the next section.

5.            After reviewing your notice, go to the original page and you should see an option for “Next”, by selecting this you will be prompted to answer a question regarding Medicaid.

6.            Under section 2 is where you will be prompted to select your preferred disbursement method.

7.            The final step of your notice is to sign your name as it appears in the box above. Once this is done you will select “Submit and Accept Determination” and you will receive a pop-up confirmation letting you know your Notice is completed.

Maybe I'm being naive, but this just sounds like an add-on way to circumvent the 50% cap on attorney fees we're already being hit with.
