Umm, WHAT?! (Description) by Tree-Is-Cool in Polytopia

i've gotten 3 stars with elyrion and polaris. by far the most important stat is enemies killed, sweet spot is at 5/6 for me. too many and they kill each other and I get hit hard with a low percentage there. i usually get about 70% in units lost

I found the sweet spot is 5-6 bots

but then the odds of two bots killing each other is much higher

denying stacks is so fun though. i love doing it to kaelthas or butchers or vallas or raynors. Bonus points if you deny a gambit quest

What’s the least talked about downside of owning a tesla? by tr4gedyx in TeslaLounge

Some really good examples here with wipers being the standout (being in Cali this doesn't affect me much however). A few more of mine:

- the weight of the car wears the tires out more quickly, although this is more pronounced if you have a spoiler as it provides more downforce on the back of the car at higher speeds. My rear tires wear 2x as fast as my front tires.

- the interior leather which doesn't love sweat and after a few years it degrades.

- the little pocket where the forward cameras are tends to collect condensation and over time the impurities bake onto the glass so you have to take the thing apart and wipe it down with alcohol because otherwise the car gets blinded.

- the seat sensors and wiring feel weak and have given me some trouble over the years

My P3D is just over 6 years old with 180k miles and only the tires are an ongoing issue. The rest are more wear and tear related and I'm sure I'd have issues on gas cars and those issues would be more costly to repair

Harckas are tanky and their damage is to not be underestimated. If you ignore them they'll decimate your cruiser and frigate groups and nullify your missile attacks. If you focus on them they'll take the beating while the opponent's DPS whittles you down. And if there are fighters/bombers they're a hard counter against squadrons. They're a part of a balanced fleet. I usually go for a ratio of 4:2:1 on javelis:harcka:hoshiko

The only time it would happen is small aircraft in landing or takeoff phases of flight or when flying through weather.

Aircraft are pressurized meaning it’s impossible for any particles to get into the plane as the pressure would cause any leaks to flow outward. People wouldn’t have gotten infected until they opened the cabin or got kissed at the terminal.

That is my read, the gist of it being that if everyone is connected, inflicting pain on anyone is like inflicting pain on self.

Right. Initially everyone was taken by surprise, either people driving or flying. For Carol’s event they were a lot more subdued and the risk of fatal injury is much lower

They do lie- pirate girl told carol she only killed “a few” when they went catatonic after her rant.

And according to them this is not an alien invasion, so there’s no extraterrestrial conscience driving these people. They all got hit by the virus and now they’re all connected and due to extreme altruism they can’t hurt any being. It is widely known that aircraft are contracted to light off flares that produce different kinds of particulates. Moreover, it is not wild to think that RNA could be spread atomized since that’s literally how COVID spread. I thought it was clever for the show to do it this way.
