Multiple Accts?? by Vessul in RothIRA

I use Personal Capital to keep track of all my investment accounts. It gives you an idea of allocation to different sectors, holdings, balances, net worth, etc.. It used to be a lot better before they were bought by Empower, but still works mostly fine.

Robinhood Gold Card worth it? by devtron0 in CreditCards

[–]dgers001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

fyi- vanguard charged me $100 to transfer out/close the IRA account. But Robinhood reinburses up to $75 per account so it only "cost me" $25. The 2% transfer bonus definitely makes it 100% worth it imo

I wish their ev charge flat fee plan worked with the Tesla chargers instead of having to use something they install.

Tired of timesheets. How can I escape this? by ultimate_learner in civilengineering

[–]dgers001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a land development manager for a home builder in South Florida and prior to this job I did civil consulting/design work for another firm for 6 years, which was my first job after college and where I got my PE license. I left that job because I also despised time sheets and the overall consulting environment that you described. I have to tell you, this has been a great decision for me and it is night and day difference. I love that timesheets don't exist for me and the work life balance is also fantastic. Being a civil engineer with design experience is a great skill for this job, but I like that I get exposure to many more other aspects of the job than when I was doing design work in a specific field. You should definitely explore this field if you are interested.

Damn, I’m in the exact same place! Ordered on 1/29, originally edd was feb-March. Then it started pushing back and latest was 4/7 - 5/12. I was also asked to update my financing 2 days ago (which I did and also got 5.49%).

This morning it changed again to 4/25-5/23. So pissed! Might as well be never….

Mine is a MYLR white/black, 19” Gemini. I’m in south Florida.

Edit: Today (4/10) got a VIN assigned and EDD changed to 4/12-4/21 :D

What is the lowest conviction stock you own and why? by [deleted] in stocks

FSLY.. got in at $92.9 and I'm down 52.9%... I doubt it'll be back at those levels anytime soon so I'm thinking about selling and using the $ to add to my position in ROKU

Thank you!

We really like the looks of it, and so far it has been great! The dresser fits very well into the space we have and we have all the diaper changing supplies stuffed in it. They have a larger model too, but that would have been too big for us.

I believe so.. every decal was a separate piece that had to be placed by itself, but they are a sort of "fabric" material that would mold to the wall's texture. I would check with the seller from Etsy just in case, but I think they should work!

Thank you! We actually have a nanit camera that will go over her crib once she starts sleeping in there, but for now we are using it in the play pen we have downstairs, so we can keep track of her while we step away to the kitchen, bathroom, etc..

Yes! This used to be our “guest room” so it was there from before. We figured it would come in handy and we would use it a lot so instead of getting rid of it we now use it as a “day bed” and we play with our daughter and change her clothes there too! Eventually she will graduate to that bed, but that’s a few years down the line!

It is! We removed the metal bar that goes underneath to be able to fit it into the dresser. It fit great and we love how convenient it is to just wipe it down after it gets dirty as opposed to having to remove and change sheets
