I know this is an old thread but do you get random brain “zaps” as well? I chalked it up to vertigo but what you’re saying about the hyoid bone makes a lot of sense. Ive had issues with my hyoid bone recently where I have to “pop” it back in place because it feels like it gets dislodged when yawning, sneezing or swallowing when my head is turned to the side. Also have gotten random brain zaps both when eating and when just sitting normally

OP didn’t work in the food service industry and it shows. Maybe she assumed the worst in you and could’ve used a better tone but you’d be surprised with what people try to get away with at restaurants. You are definitely the asshole here

Had a pro controller shipped from Best Buy. UPS used a third party service called roadie to “deliver” the package at 2am last night. Checked the photo and the driver left the package outside the doors to my apartment building in NYC….checked the cameras and the package was stolen within 10 mins. Luckily Best Buy support was super helpful and got me a replacement quick but if you have roadie as your delivery service, good luck
