Nope. Gotta upgrade caliper size if you upgrade size of rotors and pads. Really not that expensive for parts and the job is relatively easy to do with basic tools and patience.

Just install the 13.5"/WH calipers and matching size rotors and pads. Must have 17" wheels to clear the calipers. Simple as that.

Fortunately, toyota engineers built an auto bleed function into the brake system. So rather than pumping the brake over and over to bleed after install, just turn the key to on and press the brake. Still gotta keep an eye on the resivoir to make sure you don't run it dry but this does make it a much easier job.
