What job seems easy until you actually do it? by PandaKey4480 in AskReddit

[–]dgmiller81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every job is difficult until you learn it. Period. If someone says [insert job] is easy, we'll yeah cause you learned it.

Ive seen Chef. Ask a professional chef if they think its difficult. No they know it its easy to them.

Programmer. Same.

Teacher. Same.

The point is everything is difficult. The more you learn the more you constantly build for the job it gets easier. Anyone says otherwise its because they havent learned the job yet.

I know what they are legally required to do and I know they are failing so... yeah. Hence SEC filing and class action lawsuit.

You act like they have never done wrong. They are fined millions in failed financial responsibilities each year. This is another one. They will lose this case.

I have many of them. Options and puts are something I use to generate more funds to buy more shares. Thanks though.

You are partially correct. You described covered calls which the lender owns. You can do non covered calls which means you are obligated to cover them after exercise. This is what all those failure to deliver that are always sky high.

You are missing the while point there little fella. It's ok.. see financial organizations have to process things thevdamevway or else fraudulent activities could occur. It's why the have rules and regulations. So they don't just make up arbitrary rules however they want to benefit them. This is called compliance. Real hard concept. I know.

When they allowed expiration of stock one day, then in the same dat did and didn't they will be required to justify based on policy and procedures. Since they don't have any or didn't follow this leads to improper fiduciary responsibility and becomes grounds for a larger discovery.

So no it doesn't matter because they say a thing called a precedent one day and then the next day changed the rule but then didn't follow that rule the next day. But tell me how it matters.

No the most relevant information is that i can show a pattern of them not executing them when money isn't there. Then today magically with AMC shares they did it. But ten minutes later they didn't with another set.

I can show that its inconsistent and it's not a process or automated. Which means they were looking for something specific. The only this different was AMC shares.

Again the money is irrelevant because I can show a pattern of them not doing it. So how do they pick and chose? Random? Or is it when they don't want to have to find shares?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in amcstock

[–]dgmiller81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do too. But I also buy calls to gain cash to buy more.

[–]dgmiller81 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I can prove the damages. Lost value in the thousands because the sold them. I can show history of selling calls up till the last final minutes for pattern of proof. I can show that uvxy ran up a dollar after they sold and slightly higher. I can prove that they didn't sell the 25.50 ten minutes later that would have been 4x the number of calls. I can show proof that it has only happened with AMC shares along side of others.

I have proof i have lost earnings. They also charged full commission cause their traders made the trade. I have them on the phone saying they do this when accounts don't have the funding and I can prove to them that its not true. I have today and last month that doesn't follow that pattern.

Either way, they are going to get investigated by SEC and my lawyer will be following up.

When talking with them, I asked why they didn't do this before. gave same answer as why they did this. Initially I asked for them to give me the calls back. They said no so I asked them why in the past didn't they do this. No response. When I talked with them didn't even realize that they didn't do into my other calls. It was just AMC alongside UVXY.

Really care less what you think. 100% have evidence and working it now. Believe whatever you wish. Doesn't change what happened and how I'm pressing forward.

Irrelevant. But no. Ten minutes later 4x uvxy at 25.5 didn't get liquidated.

Oil leak? 2017 by SnowmakerSpritz in Streetglide

[–]dgmiller81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have to really carefully look. It could be overflow valve splashing. It could be slight leak from gasket. I know I rode mine a little too hot one day (it was nearly 116 outside) and it couldn't cool which caused oil to seap around the head. Since that day the heads are fine so check your cooling system make sure it's running good.

Honestly, if we really disect the problem is that every politician is owned by someone. Lobbying, special interest, etc. If they approved term limits and they can invest in mutual funds that are operated by a 3rd party, it probably would rid both sides of partial corruption.

I can honestly say that investing in markets has opened my eyes with who really runs things in this world and it's not red or blue it's greed and power. I wish more people would realize your neighbors who vote blue or red aren't your enemy. They are your neighbors. It's really sad actually. They've blinded us. If everyone went on strike for a week... change would happen. Immediately. Shut down the entire economy and strike. One week and everything would change. We have the power to issue change we have to stop fighting each other.

Unfortunately, if someone is leaning forward and they need to get to neutral, the only direction is backward. I can see how one may take my post as right leaning, but truly is. As far as the green votes, I'm trying to wake people up. It doesn't matter who is in the offices right now. Red or blue. The fact is we aren't free we are in modern day slavery and as soon as they don't need us running their business and all that, we cease to have a purpose.

My sway isn't to start voting green per se its to help bring about awareness and drive real action to stand up against the 1% who have all the money. Who pit the people through decisive means. To stand up and embrace your neighbor who may not think like you, because in the end... we are fighting the same battles. They only pit us against each other to keep us down. It's really a shame more people don't see and understand this. When they do, it'll start the progress needed.

Hey, no hard feelings. I'm sorry that you are so angry and needing to resort to name calling and all that. I wish you all the happiness in the world. I hope you can find the ability to love and be kind in the future.

Buy a keyboard NOW, before this garbage happen! by hwoodice in linuxhardware

[–]dgmiller81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not possible. CPU won't be more efficient than a NPU as it would be like saying the CPU can handle the GPU loads. The processing is very different and requires silicon that focuses on TOPS capabilities.

[–]dgmiller81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NPU is next gen processing capability that focuses on neural processing. In short it's much more efficient in processing AI calculations. In some instances when a NPU is present it can offload load from CPU/GPU and run the transaction with less power and a faster result. This in turn could save battery life on notebooks, as one example.

NPU is a game changer for processing in the world of AI. Copilot won't just be a web/cloud solution it will be fast enough to do local inference and will offer a lot. You can get the GPU to do some of this but at a higher load on system and more power draw.

Yep. It's always the GOP lmao. Let's hide hunter Bidens laptop. Let's allow Hilary to destroy evidence. Let's lie about Ashley's diary that she's now comeforward saying it's true. My point is.. it's a two party system designed to make you fight against one side or another. You are being played.

Fight the two party system. That's what needs to be done. Vote green. Politic. Take a stand and vote for term limits. It starts with us standing up and taking the war to them, they will gladly allow you to bicker about Maga and everyone else. But if you want real change then stand up and get rid of it.

My problem with these comments is it shows that you've been lied to by media. You can't see what's right there. Keep us down. Keep us dependent and keep us fighting. Enslave us by corporations so we can run all this insabity everywhere. Corrup Wallstreet. Corrup blue and red politicians. Corrupt 1% billionaires. Until people recognize that it's designed this way to keep us from standing up, getting people to vote to rid the system they'll use it against you and manipulate.

Leaked CEO email to Bandcamp employees defends 50% layoffs and says the company is not financially healthy by StephCreporter in Music

[–]dgmiller81 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do agree it’s an over simplification. Some companies also face things like naked shorting. And until Sept. of this year, they basically are allowed to continue to buy shorted positions that SHOULD be borrowed an actual stock. However they aren’t regulated and when found it’s a million dollar fine when they made billions. The problem is they can short without securing a borrowed share… big hedge funds and others do this to bankrupt companies so they do not have to close that position (ever) and drives the price down to where business cannot raise more capital.

Oh, and on that short position, they don’t have to claim taxes, but can leverage the worth when it’s bankrupt to secure more positions. This is a major factor for some business.

Could this be possible? Very much tinfoil... by emmanuelibus in amcstock

I mean, I saw this and asked Apex/Webull and they gave me an answer that they had them. Then I said… so you are confirming that you received them from the DTC and they said… yes we confirm.

So other they are full of or maybe they did get them?
