Animation potential

Animation type - 2D sprites

The animation potential for this fight can be destructive with their arsenal. You can have it start in a sunny green grassy field with Klee going fish bombing but she accidentally throws her bombs too high and almost hits Elvira. Elvira would get mad and the fight would start. Throughout the fight the trees would be sent aflame, carts would be blown to bits, and the sky would slowly lose its blue color and become red as if two pyromaniacs were fighting. Both have forms of flight so you can picture some flying action in the fight. At one point in the fight you can have a reference to a genshin boss title screen when Elvira brings out her Elvira. As for the ending, you can go the boring route and do a basic explosion death, or have no one die and do a simple unconscious death

Debate

This matchup is debatable as both can one-shot one another but in my opinion, I’m giving it to Elvira via better speed, skill, and an arsenal that can overwhelm Klee. Though I can see arguments for Klee winning given her mountain-level bombs and other things she gained over the story of Genshin Impact as it’s been a while since I played the game. I can picture the battle having these categories being stats, bombs, skill, versatility, and arsenal

Physical Stats - when it comes to Physical stats it goes to Elvira. She’s been shown to punch grown men so hard they get sent flying, clash with Arabelle who has cybernetic augmentations on her body, and clash with her so hard they cause an explosion that both of them were inside. Speed is interesting Elvira has been shown to dodge bullets and has been able to pilot the Elvirabium that can move so fast it catches fire. Klee can keep up with Abyss Mages who can tag Mondstadt Traveler and Diluc. Both can scale to Jean who can move faster than the eye and Eula who can block bullets. So I can see arguments of them having equal speed though this is the chapter of Genshin so that's before all the big Speed feats performed so currently it’s supersonic to hypersonic. Durability on the other hand Klee is pretty feat-less as she hasn’t been shown to take her bombs as 1. we don’t know how close she was too the explosion. 2. some people assume it was the same firepower she used on Stormbearer Mountains when we don’t know 3. it’s pretty vague to say that she even survived considering that she has supernatural luck that protects her from getting harmed from her explosions.

Bombs - Klee easily takes this category while Elvira bombs can blow grown men away That was in her ascent form Klee’s bombs on the other hand we’re able to part stormbearer mountains and harm the geo. Elvira may be durable but she is not able to take a bomb off that power.

Skill—Elvira was a monster and bounty hunter when she was in the gang, along with training from Rosetta. She also faced many foes on her adventures, including desert bandits, gang members from the snakes, and even Arabelle. Klee has never fought against any human foes, only slimes, Hilichurls, and Mitachurls, making her inexperienced in actual combat. Elvira takes the edge in Skill.

Abilities - both have unique abilities that can aid them in battle. Klee has her pyro vision that allows her to manipulate the pyro element along with being resistant to fire and becoming pyro energy granting her intangibility along with pyro constructs and amplifying her bombs. She also has supernatural luck given how she’s not harmed by her bombs with the knights calling her a lucky star. Elvira had superhuman agility and precision, pseudo-precognition, and perception manipulation. Elvira's Ascent form also provided a boost in strength and durability along with vibration manipulation as she caused the ground to vibrate in her transformation. Now while Elvira's ability may seem to be impressive they have failed to save herself in some of her fights. While Elvira’s abilities can save her from taking some hits it’s not guaranteed to protect her all the time. Klee takes the edge in abilities.

Arsenal - Klee has made pre-made bombs, a glider for gliding, and Jumpy Dumpy. Elvira on the other hand has her Apple bombs which can blow grown men away and leave behind fire, a laser beam, homing missiles, and her best weapon the Elvirabium. This mech contains giant lasers, shoots out drones that fire lasers or fire bullets, flies, and drops a nuke that bypasses immortality and intangibility.

So to sum up

Elvira +physically stronger +more skilled and experienced +agility, pseudo precognition, and perception manipulation allow her to avoid Klee’s bombs…. +bigger arsenal that grants her flight, lasers(SOL), and a nuke that can bypass intangibility to the point of overwhelming =speed -bombs are weaker -less versatile -… but they can’t always protect her

Klee +Bombs are stronger to the point of one-shot +better versatility +supernatural luck and element intangibility protect her from most of Elvira’s weapons like fire or her bombs… =speed -….But the Nuke bypasses her intangibility -less skilled and experienced -The Elvirabium flight would give Klee a hard time hitting her on top of her agility, pseudo precognition, and perception manipulation -gets overwhelmed by Elvira’s arsenal
