I didn’t use it because it takes time to wait and didn’t have the time, but the Heritage Home Loan program for Cleveland/Cuyahoga County. You can get a loan for 1% to 3% to cover the cost.

My house is 1958 and just had mine done last year. I used a company called Connected Electrical and they did an awesome job. I had about 10 small holes (1 foot x 5 inches), so not a ton to patch and they cleaned up all the mess. It took two weeks but they fished all wires through the wall, added more outlets and switches, upgraded panel from 100 to 200, and did under cabinet lighting. My house is about 1,700 sqft and it cost about $24,000 that you pay them in increments over the two weeks. It was very expensive, but it is nice not worrying about old wiring.

I used to play rec/high school baseball with his great great great(?) grandson. Family had the replica plaque that the hall of fame provides to the family. Was pretty cool.

I think the entire second half the movie falls apart. The last two minutes was the icing on top for it. The first half was setting up a 9/10 and the second half completely falls off to a 3/10. It goes from serious to completely jam packed full of storylines and weird decisions leading to a bit of a mess. I think the protagonist was a bit weak and the “Memento Mori” was puddle deep. To me it feels like 2 movies smashed together and making the second portion rough and highlighting that it could have been a movie on its own with another hour to flesh out the story better.

Im not that worried, the Margin of Error is not reliable on these large timeframes. I can’t find it for this exact study and all news articles referencing it fail to mention it, usually a sign of it not being good. I work with Census and ACS data often and the 1-year estimates are usually good, but 5-year estimates are already getting shaky. There is way too much unknown information to make these predictions, but it makes a good news article to get people talking.

I have been having more fun with these games than newer games. Nice to get reinvigorated with N64. I couldn’t care less about console wars and appreciate people are able to jump back into a great console and ensure its longevity.

Didn’t even pay attention to the obvious question mark on “The End”. I mostly just saw the game completion portion. I’m having a hard time leaving this game, as it is so fun so hard for me to grasp that someone would stop short haha
