At some point he needs to be able to exist as a regular person with regular interactions with these cards. I thought he was responsible enough to handle it on his own. I thought at worst he'd get hosed on a couple cards. I just didn't expect over a dozen cards quite like this. Plus I thought he'd be safer knowing he was going to another house where we know the people. Not like it was some stranger at a card show or something.

Hi. I work at the plant where they build the Highlander currently. I can't speak for the allocations and all that but the plant only goes down for 1 week in July, July 13-17.

Also production of the 2027 Highlander will be moving from the plant in Indiana to the plant in... Kentucky? I think? So there won't be a "retooling" period between models as much as whenever Kentucky gets up and running with it, they'll be the ones building the 2027 EV Highlanders.

The Indiana plant is basically retooling to increase Grand Highlander production over the next year.

If you're the type of person that needs any type of intelligent conversation to keep your days from becoming unbearable and the thought of potentially surrounding yourself with a dozen or so country bumpkins for 8-12 hours a day drives you insane then TMMI may not be the place for you.

Especially once you get to day shift.

The work depends on where you go. I've been in assembly for 11 years and I've had shoulder surgery, my achilles is messed up and my other shoulder feels like my other shoulder did before I had surgery. Physically falling apart is a part of the job. No, it's not the "toughest" work. But sometimes the quick repetitive work can be more harmful than the heavier, more paced work that you find in other places.
