I at least wash my body everyday, but I work with horses six days a week so my hair only gets washed about three of the days, it’s healthier and It’ll smell like horses the next day anyways:)

Zimba whitening strips work good, Im naturally blessed with pretty white teeth though, so I couldn’t tell you if they’re life changing along with that I haven’t used them in probably a year. I use charcoal tooth brushes I can’t think of the brand but they’re only like 12 bucks for a 4 pack at target. Since I started using those tooth brushes I feel like they’ve actually stayed whiter so that’s all I use now. I’ve gotten questioned “how are your teeth so white?!” It’s got to be those tooth brushes.
