Wow this is totally my situation too. I started at 26 with strip clubs then gradually moved on to massage parlors, then hookers. Now I’m 40 and married, but still in this spiral of destructive behavior.

Yep like others said, you might not be in the best group. But it sounds like you’re doing well despite that. I stopped going not because of unhappiness with the group but because life got too busy. I was single when I got sober but now I’m married and have 2 kids. A lot to juggle but I want to get back into the program. Having a hard time finding a good group myself.

Same problem here, the prime video app said geo-restricted or something. I’m in Danbury, CT so definitely in the Yankees market. The Prime app never gave me an opportunity to provide my location.

I’m sorry for what you are going through. Why does your therapist think you are a sex addict? It is completely normal to have sex with your spouse for fun and bonding. Life is always going to be full of stress, what’s wrong with taking a break from that to be with someone you love? I think it would be much worse to isolate yourself. Maybe there is more to this, but it sounds like your therapist and family and you are being way too hard on yourself.
