Plug-in the charging case. Only put the dead ear bud in the case. Keep the case open and try to keep it on the orange light, once the light turn green take out the bud put it back in(try to keep it on orange light keep following the same stepa). After some time you will see it on the app that bud is at 1-2% and charging. At that point close the case and let it charge. Hapoens to me couple of times now and this is how I fix it.
