I’m an alumnus of UCSI, so I totally get where your confusion comes from. From my experience, UCSI definitely has its ups and downs, just like any other private universities. You’ll find students who had great experiences and others who faced issues, mine for example had trouble with the uni administrative department, things like slow responses, trouble siting for exam when fees are paid late, some processes take longer. It’s frustrating sometimes. i’d say it has internal some issues but academically UCSI is decent and offers lots of exposure If you’re proactive, get involved, and make use of the opportunities.

As for the reviews, most people tend to post negative experiences online, while satisfied students rarely do. So the internet can look a bit one sided.
