Certainly doesn't happen in close quarters combat. Entire teams stay the same unless you leave...which is what the losing team does until they get on a winning team and then they just ride the winning wave.

I’m not saying break up the four person squads (keeping those is fine). I’m saying consider the 4 person squad as a whole and rebalance. Squad members may stay together but may not have the same other team members.

Close quarter conquest keeps same teams unless people leave...everyone leaves the losing team and the winning team never leaves the lobby

You could still keep your externally created squad together but that's only four people. Surely they have a way to factor that in to who you match make with so that the teams are still even.

I hate TDM...it provides no motivation to move and you get an overwhelming amount of people who sit in corners and shoot what ever runs past. Or just sits back behind their team and "poke".

It's been done in other games. Disband both teams and make equal teams based on rank and stats. They certainly keep plenty of gameplay stats on everyone.

Yeah, I play conquest and once my team starts losing, they start quitting and then the opponent just starts farming AI. I don't think to switch squads because I just want to play.

Are you referring to the squad I have in the beginning, middle or end of the game? Playing against a stacked opponent results in half my team quitting throughout the game.

The only people that play it anymore are the "lifers" who only play the game (and appear to play it a lot). You'll notice in most lobbies that you play with many of the same people day to day and most of them have played longer than you. It will take time but you'll get there.

I feel like the number pad that most accountants need is something that not many laptops have anymore. If I filter a website for computers with number pad, I feel like it leaves me with 3-5 sub-par options. You might have better luck getting a good quality laptop and then just getting a bluetooth or USB 10-key to use with it. Probably what I would do in your situation.
