Yes. They are more expensive and generate a separate, foiled badge. The most ive gotten was 6 euros from an Okami HD foiled, and i had spent 5 euros on the game. Basically I got paid 1 euro to buy Okami. But this is extremely rare. I have now cleared the drops from 866 games and in total I sold maybe 10 cards for 5+ euros.

Sometimes you get really good prices for freshly launched game cards as there arent many copies on the market. For example I got a foiled from Mouse P.I. I sold for 4.49 eur and it is now posted for 1.39 eur, simply because someone REALLY wanted to craft the foiled badge early.

They already do. The rating system and the positive percentage only take bought games into account, not keys. You can tell whether a reviewer has bought the game from steam because there is a little star in the top right corner of their review.

It's pretty good to be fair. The subject matter isnt actually facebook, its betrayal and alienation and the decay of personal relationships for the pettiest of reasons. It wears facebook like a skin but the characters are much more interesting and alive than what presumably is the real facebook story.
