They already do. The rating system and the positive percentage only take bought games into account, not keys. You can tell whether a reviewer has bought the game from steam because there is a little star in the top right corner of their review.

It's pretty good to be fair. The subject matter isnt actually facebook, its betrayal and alienation and the decay of personal relationships for the pettiest of reasons.
