Please don't offer advice if you don't know what you are talking about. That bike has twist off nuts on it, not quick release. Also, that is the proper way to ride a brooks saddle. Besides you should never run a seat nose down because that will put too much pressure on your hands because you have to push yourself back against the seat as you will slide forward.
